Rita Branco

• As co-founder of Allawyers, a boutique law firm based in the Algarve, she is known for combining technical precision with practical insight — helping foreign clients navigate the complexities of Portuguese law with clarity, discretion, and efficiency.
  
  Fluent in English and highly regarded among international networks, Rita is frequently sought out for her deep understanding of cross-border property investments, succession planning, and regulatory compliance in Portugal. She has represented hundreds of clients relocating to Portugal, acquiring luxury estates, or restructuring assets under EU and Portuguese legal frameworks.
  
  She is also a former Head of Delegation to the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE), where she contributed to shaping European legal policy, and served on the General Council of the Portuguese Bar Association.
